Maximize Your Value: Know Your Strengths

Donald Clifton, an education psychologist had a simple yet powerful idea

“What if we focus on what people do well?”

The Clifton StrengthsFinder™ measures the presence of 34 talent themes. Talents are people's naturally recurring patterns of thought, feeling, or behavior that can be productively applied.Ongoing research shows that when people are able to use their natural talents every day, they are more engaged in their work, have higher productivity and a better quality of life.

In this half day workshop, we will

  • explore the 34 themes that describe how people work

  • focus on using your top 5 themes for consistent performance

  • learn how to build a highly effective team by recognizing the strengths of others

  • connect your individual contributions to the mission of your organization.
