About Celeste Stragand, CPSM, MFA:

Celeste has more than 15 years of experience in public relations. She is the Regional TDM Program and Marketing Manager for Way to Go, for Denver Regional Council of Governments (DRCOG). Prior to this, she worked on several high-profile projects, including CDOT’s C-470 Express Lanes, VA Replacement Medical Center, and DEN Hotel & Transit Center. She holds two bachelor’s from Texas A&M Univ., and a master’s from Naropa Univ. In her free time, you can find Celeste planning her next vacation.
