Gaining buy-in and maintaining involvement from end-users is often one of the toughest challenges in managing a records program; especially when trying to clean up decades-old file shares. This session will highlight three impactful initiatives that elevated records and information governance at South Platte Renew and helped identify and minimize ROT, over-retention, and areas for further improvement. Through strategies like Personal Folder Clean-Ups, Offboarding sessions, and CORA Drills, we’ll explore proven approaches that have successfully kept staff informed, engaged, and proactive.
