She has over 20 years of experience in ECM, RIM and IG, specializing in IG strategy and risk mitigation around electronic information. Prior to her current role, Michelle was an IG Program Manager for Iron Mountain Professional Services, and a VP of RIM at SunTrust Bank. Michelle is currently on the Board of Directors of ARMA International.
