Back to the Future: The Space Time Continuum, E-Discovery and Legal Holds
John Jablonski, co-author of 7 Steps For Legal Holds and Other Documents, will discuss how basic steps early in the litigation process can protect against sanctions and allow your organization to reduce the scope and cost of e-discovery. He will provide a refresher of basic legal hold and e-discovery principles; share recent cases where organizations escaped sanctions because they followed “reasonable steps” in the preservation of evidence; and provide key tips to successfully navigating e-discovery challenges typically faced by organizations.
