Michael Haley, MBA, IGP President of the ARMA International Board of Directors
Join us for an open discussion on the state of ARMA International from the current President, Michael Haley. Michael has been on the International board for over 5 years starting as the Treasurer, bringing that knowledge and experience to his current role. He will be discussing where ARMA has been over the past few years and where we are going. The update will include transparent details about ARMA’s financial status, leadership, and what our priorities are going forward (hint... one of them is increasing value for members.)
Micheal is a Principal Consultant with Cohasset, with over 30 years’ experience building cost effective and user-friendly information governance programs.
Michael joined Cohasset Associates in 2002 as a Senior Consultant, following a career in the insurance industry. During that career, he developed and implemented an enterprise-wide records management program, including the development and delivery of training to almost 100,000 employees. As a consultant, Michael works with clients to refresh and strengthen their information management programs, assessing current program results, preparing continuous improvement roadmaps and leveraging technology to apply automated retention controls to all information. Michael develops cost-effective and practical solutions, breaking down complex issues to effect simple solutions.
Michael has served as the Treasurer for ARMA International’s Board of Directots from 2016 – 2020, and as President-Elect from July 2020 to June 2021; he is currently the President of the ARMA International Board of Directors.
