About our presenters:
Matt Mahon, CEDS, IGP, INFO
National Manager, Information Governance and eDiscovery Sales, RICOH USA, INC.

Matt Mahon has 14-years’ experience with Ricoh supporting organizations with information governance and litigation support strategies including data remediation, litigation hold, preservation, collection, data processing, review, and production. As the National Information Governance and eDiscovery Sales Manager for Ricoh USA Inc., Matt leads strategy and training for the sales team, and consults with clients, delivers CLE training, and is a frequent speaker and writer on information governance issues. Matt earned his B.A. in Mathematics and Applied Sciences from UC San Diego and is a Certified as an eDiscovery Specialist and Information Governance Professional. Matt lectures widely on topics including IoT, the impact of emoji and social media in workplace communications, information governance, and eDiscovery.
Andrew Spett, Esq., IGP, CIGO
Information Governance Specialist; eDiscovery, RICOH USA, INC.

Andrew is an Information Governance Specialist with Ricoh USA and is responsible for the California and Southwest markets. Andrew graduated with a JD from Golden Gate University School of Law. He is a licensed attorney in the State of California and began his career as an Insurance Defense Attorney in San Francisco. Andrew has been employed in the legal vertical since 1996, with a specific focus on Information Governance and eDiscovery since 2006. He has been involved professionally with countless cross-border, multi-district, and complex litigation matters spanning multiple industries, and is versed in utilizing advanced search techniques and technologies. Andrew is both an Information Governance Professional (IGP) and a Certified Information Governance Officer (CIGO). In addition to writing and podcasting on relevant information governance topics, Andrew is a frequent speaker at various local and regional conferences organized by ARMA, Bar Associations, etc. Andrew continues to educate himself in the fields of Information Governance, InfoSec and eDiscovery so he can better serve his clients across multiple disciplines. He is dedicated to the task of building consultative business relationships through education, analysis, collaboration, and execution.
